The Journey Behind the Projects
For more than 35 years, I’ve delivered complex projects across film, television, construction and international operations. But the work I’m most proud of isn’t measured by budgets, schedules or awards, it’s measured by the opportunities created for other people.
Every opportunity I was given shaped the way I now help others.
Throughout my career I’ve worked with award-winning productions, international teams and complex projects across film, television and live operations. Every role has reinforced one belief: great results are created by great people.
Whether I’m managing a production, solving logistical challenges or supporting someone at the start of their career, my approach is always the same. Build trust, stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly and never lose sight of the people behind the project. Those principles have guided me for more than three decades.
Today my focus extends beyond producing successful work. Through Film Credit Network and my consultancy, I’m committed to creating opportunities, sharing practical knowledge and helping others avoid the mistakes I made early in my own career. If someone reaches their goals a little sooner because of something I’ve shared, that’s a success I’m
I’m still learning, still creating and still looking for the next challenge. Whether you’re looking for an experienced production leader, strategic consultant, speaker or simply someone who understands how to turn ambitious ideas into reality,
