1. Overview
Private Introductions is a confidential personal introduction service operated by Michelle Billington.
The service provides curated introductions between individuals seeking meaningful relationships.

2. Membership
Membership is granted following an application and consultation process.
Membership is valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of acceptance.
Membership provides access to consultation, compatibility assessment and curated introductions.

3. Introductions
Private Introductions will make reasonable efforts to identify compatible individuals.
Introductions and relationship outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

4. Verification
Members may be required to provide identity verification, professional verification and DBS checks or
equivalent background verification where appropriate.

5. Personal Responsibility
Members acknowledge that meetings and relationships occur voluntarily between individuals.
Private Introductions cannot control the behaviour of members once an introduction has been made.

6. Confidentiality
Members must treat all information about other members as strictly confidential.

7. Limitation of Liability
Private Introductions provides a personal introduction service only and cannot be held responsible for
relationship outcomes, disputes between members or personal loss arising from relationships.

8. Membership Termination
Private Introductions reserves the right to terminate membership if false information is provided,
verification requirements are not met or inappropriate behaviour occurs.

9. International Clients
Membership may include individuals located outside the United Kingdom.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
